Before this request is made, please make sure you have no outstanding payments and that all shipments have been reconciled.
If this is the case, please get in touch with us directly at email@example.com and we will arrange for your account to be closed.
Any feedback you can provide as to why you would like to cancel the account is greatly appreciated. If the service is missing a feature you need or you have been unhappy with your experience, please let us know.
