Notifications can be helpful as they can provide you and your logistics team with peace of mind when using the Easyship dashboard. However, if you have high volume, you may want to adjust the settings so you are not overwhelmed with the number of notifications. In this article, we will show you how to turn notifications on or off in the Easyship dashboard.
Enabling or Disabling Notifications in Easyship
Head over to the Easyship dashboard.
At the top left corner of the page, you'll see a bell icon, click on the icon to see your notification.
Select Settings and you will see this table:
Here you can decide whether you want to receive notifications in your dashboard, via email, through both or not at all.
If you want to change what you are being notified of, you can go back into your Settings and change your requirements at any time.
