How to Filter Shipments

When you have hundreds or even thousands of shipments to sort through, it can be difficult to find the ones you're looking for. This is where the Filter tool comes in handy.

In this article, we reference how to filter shipments, as well as how to save your own commonly used filter views.

We'll Cover:

Using Filters

Step 1:

Navigate to Manage Shipments or Create Shipments > Advanced on the Easyship Dashboard.

In this example, we will use the "Manage Shipments" section. When you're on the page, you'll be shown a list of your entire shipment history.

Step 2:

On the top of the page, click on the Filters button above the shipment list.

Step 3:

You'll now be shown a list of all the filter options.

Step 4:

Now let's take a look at a specific filter as an example; Filter by Destination Country. Simply select a condition, here we will use Country is any of, and then proceed to select Countries to filter.

Step 5:
It is possible to add multiple filters if you want to refine your search. Simply go back, and add another filter. You can see both filters in this example highlighted. The destination country is Hong Kong, and the courier is SF Express. If you wish to clear your filters, simply click Reset.

Saving Filters

When using filters frequently, you can save them to your dashboard for easy access. In this section, we will walk you through how to do so.

Step 1:

Activate a filter, and click on the Plus icon next to All Shipments.

Step 2:

You will be presented with a pop-up prompting you to save your custom view. In this example, we are creating a view for shipments destined for the United States.

To select a view, simply click on the three dots next to All Shipments, and you will be presented with a drop-down.
