It is now possible to use the Easyship Help Centre to keep track of any issues that you have raised with our Support team.
To do so, simply go to the Help Centre homepage and select LOG IN TO HELPCENTRE:
You will then need to log in using the same details you would use to log in to your Easyship Account, as long as you do not log out, you will only have to do this once:
You will then be redirected to the homepage where the link will now say MT TICKETS:
Follow the link and as below, you will be able to monitor, filter and respond to your ongoing issues, as well as submitting any new queries directly to the Easyship team:
