Upgrade Your UPS Account

Easyship is a certified UPS Ready®provider, all users will need to be registered via the UPS Ready registration flow.

If you have previously connected your UPS store, you will need to follow the instructions below. If you are registering for the first time, just follow the instructions on your account.

The UPS Ready registration flow has 3 steps:

Step 1: You must review and accept the UPS Terms and Conditions

Step 2: You will need to input contact and pickup address information (Where possible, we have pre-filled these details with information previously saved via Easyship. However, it is important that the details match what you have input on your UPS dashboard)

Step 3: You are required to input the account number and invoice information if you have received an invoice from UPS in the last 90 days.

As an existing user, you can find instructions on the Couriers page, as below, you will find a message notifying you; Upgrade Needed. 


If registration fails for any reason when you are completing the new flow, you can re-link your old account as the previous UPS Link Your Own Account flow will remain active.

If you are using Easyship via a Free Plan, you are no longer able to link your own courier accounts. However, if you are a free User with an existing UPS LYOC, we will allow you to use this service and upgrade your linked account. 

Upgrading your account is voluntary at this time but will be mandatory from early 2021.
