Easyship makes it easy to manage multiple shipments at once using the Bulk Edit feature in the Advanced section of the Create Shipments page. Whether you're assigning couriers, setting shipping preferences, or managing labels, you can save time and effort by applying updates across a batch of shipments.
Bulk Edit Overview
The Advanced section on the Create Shipments page allows you to select multiple shipments and apply updates or actions in bulk. With recent platform updates, it’s now even easier to manage bulk shipments with:

Inline Bulk Action Buttons: Action buttons like Bulk Edit, Pick List, Packing Slip, Merge Shipments, Export, and Delete now appear directly above your shipment list when multiple shipments are selected. No more digging into a dropdown menu.

Smart Merge Banner: When multiple shipments share the same sender and recipient, an automatic prompt will appear, suggesting you merge the shipments to save on shipping costs and avoid duplicates.
How to Bulk Edit Shipments
1. Navigate to Create Shipments > Advanced from your Easyship dashboard.
2. Select the shipments you wish to update using the checkboxes on the left.
3. Once selected, the action bar will appear above your shipment list. Click Bulk Edit.
4. In the Bulk Edit mode, you can apply updates to:

5. After setting your preferences, click Apply Changes to update all selected shipments.
Smart Merge Prompt
When multiple shipments share the same sender and recipient address, Easyship will now detect this and prompt you to merge the shipments via a banner at the top of your dashboard.

Simply click Merge Shipments when prompted, and Easyship will guide you through the process of combining shipments into a single consolidated order.

A: Though there are limits to the number of shipments shown on a page, if you select all, there are no limits to the number of shipments you can bulk update.
