FedEx Maintenance Notice January 2021

Please be advised of the following important service update from FedEx.

Due to required maintenance, customers who have connected their FedEx accounts will be unable to process certain transactions during the time periods listed below;

 

Production Environment Interruption - IMPORTANT

Start Date and Time: Saturday, January 16, 2021, 8:00 p.m. CT

End Date and Time: Sunday, January 17, 2021, 5:00 p.m. CT

Expected Duration: 21 hours

Affected Functionality: All.

Note: During this period, you will not be able to generate FedEx labels or see rates for FedEx services using your FedEx account.

 

Test Environment Interruption

In addition to the production interruptions, there will also be disruptions to functionality using FedEx test accounts during the following periods.

 

Full Interruption

Start Date and Time: Wednesday, January 6, 2021, 8:00 a.m. CT

End Date and Time: Wednesday, January 6, 2021, 5:00 p.m. CT

Expected Duration: 9 hours

Affected Functionality: All

 

Intermittent Interruptions

Start Date and Time: Thursday, January 7, 2021

End Date and Time: Sunday, January 17, 2021

Expected Duration: 10 days

Affected Functionality: All

Please ensure the appropriate team members are aware of this important update. FedEx have expressed their regret for any inconvenience due to these service interruptions.
