Overview
Easyship now supports Purolator as a BYOC integration. If you have a negotiated Purolator contract, you can connect it directly to your Easyship account. Once connected, your contract rates apply automatically to every Purolator shipment you book — no need to log into a separate carrier portal.
Your Purolator rates will also appear alongside all other carriers in your rate comparison view, so you can compare and book from one place.
Before You Start
To use this feature, you'll need:
- An active Purolator account with negotiated rates
- Your Purolator account credentials and contract details
Note: If you don't have a negotiated Purolator contract, you can still ship with Purolator through Easyship's pre-negotiated rates. BYOC is specifically for merchants who already have their own contract.
How to Connect Your Purolator Account
- Log in to your Easyship account
- Go to Couriers in the dashboard
- Choose Connect Your Own Account
- Select Purolator from the carrier list
- Enter your Purolator account credentials and contract details
- Easyship will verify the connection and pull your negotiated rate card
Once connected, your Purolator rates will appear automatically whenever you book a Purolator shipment through Easyship.
What Happens After You Connect
- Your negotiated rates apply to every Purolator shipment booked through Easyship
- Your Purolator rates appear alongside 550+ other carrier services in your rate comparison view
- You can compare, select, and book all carriers from the Easyship dashboard — no portal-switching required
Key Information
One account at a time: You can only connect one Purolator account to Easyship. If you connect your own account, your negotiated rates apply. If you use the Easyship account, the platform's pre-negotiated rates apply instead.
Plan eligibility: BYOC carrier connections are available on eligible Easyship plans. Check your current plan or contact the team if you're unsure whether this feature is available to you.
Service availability: Not all Purolator services may be available under your contract. Once connected, your dashboard will show which services are available under your account.
