Amazon has updated its integration and needs you to reconnect your Amazon store. This article will detail how the process works.
How to Reconnect Your Amazon Store to Easyship
Step 1: Under Connect on the left side of your Easyship dashboard, click on your Amazon Store. You will be brought to Store Settings.
Step 2: Next to the alert, click Reconnect. You’ll be directed to Amazon to authorize the connection. Please ensure you’re logged into the correct Amazon Seller account before proceeding.
Step 3: You’ll be redirected back to Easyship to Log In and complete the connection.

Q: Why do I need to do this? Will anything change?
A: No need to worry - This is a routine re-authentication step that’s sometimes required when a partner platform changes the technical requirements for integration. After reconnecting, everything should look and behave the same as before.
