This guide explains how to link Easyship with your Shopify store.

About the Connection
With Shopify connected to Easyship, you will be able to:
- Use the live rates at checkout feature for accurate shipping quotes, with a customizable format that can include pre-paid duty options, estimated taxes, and insurance purchase options at checkout.
- Sync orders directly from your store and customize the sync criteria within your store settings.
- Download products to synchronize inventory, including SKU, weight, and description. Additional product details will need to be manually added.
- Set store triggers to mark orders as fulfilled when labels are generated, cancel fulfillment if shipments are canceled, and send tracking numbers to Shopify.
Connecting Your Shopify Store to Easyship
From Easyship:
1. Navigate to Connect > New Integration and click the Shopify logo.
2. Click the START button to be directed to the Easyship listing in the Shopify App Store.
3. Click Add App to start the installation. If "App Installed" appears, uninstall the app firs
4. Review and approve the installation.
5. Fill in the fallback details on the Fallback Settings form, then click Connect to finalize the integration.
Note: If the form is closed, the connection won't be saved.

From Shopify:
Go directly to the Shopify App Store and install Easyship directly from there.
Product Dimensions
Shopify only syncs product weight but does not send dimensions. This may result in inaccurate shipping rates. To ensure accurate quotes, input the product dimensions directly into Easyship. You can find the options to import products under the Products Section on the Easyship dashboard.
