To successfully sync orders from Shopify to Easyship, certain requirements must be met. This guide outlines the default sync criteria and explains how to customize sync settings for more control.

Default Settings
1. Order Payment: Orders must be paid or marked as paid in Shopify and cannot be marked as fulfilled.
2. Physical Products: Items in the order must be marked as physical products.
Advanced: Customize Based on Status
Orders in Shopify have various statuses, which determine if they sync to Easyship. To customize these settings:
1. Navigate to Store > Order Sync Settings in Easyship.
2. Under Include orders by status, you can see the current statuses being synced.
3. Click Edit to choose which payment and order statuses you want to sync.
Note: This operation is advanced and should only be done if you're confident with your Shopify integration.
