What is Multi-Warehouse eFulfillment?
Multi-Warehouse eFulfillment allows you to connect a single Easyship account to multiple warehouse locations, enabling:
- Faster delivery times by shipping from the closest warehouse
- Optimized inventory allocation
- Flexible shipping rules based on SKUs, destination countries, or other conditions
How to Set Up Multi-Warehouse eFulfillment
1. Your Sales contact or CSM will create a new eFulfillment account for your business.
2. Our Operations Team will complete the warehouse API connection and webhook setup per your requirements.
3. Set up shipping rules to determine which warehouse will fulfill each order automatically. For example:
- Orders to North & South America → ship from US warehouse
- Orders to Europe → ship from Netherland warehouse
- Orders to Rest of World → ship from Hong Kong warehouse

Orders synced via API or CSV upload will auto-select the correct warehouse, reflected in the shipment ID:
- ESHK... (ship from Hong Kong)
- ESNL... (ship from Netherland)
- ESUS... (ship from USA)
4. For manual order creation, you can:
- Select your warehouse from the “Ship From” address dropdown when creating an order.
- If using the same warehouse frequently, set it as your default Ship From address under:
- Account Addresses > Sender Addresses > Select Default > Tick “Ship From” > Save
Create test orders to ensure your setup is working correctly. If issues arise, Easyship’s team will help resolve them before you start live shipments.

Can I control which warehouse is used for each order?
Yes, you can edit the Ship From address when creating manual orders or use shipping rules for automated selection when creating orders via API sync or CSV file upload.
Will this impact billing or tracking?
No, billing remains the same, and tracking is unified under your account with warehouse origin noted.
Can specific SKUs be assigned to certain warehouses?
Yes, use shipping rules to route SKUs to designated warehouses automatically.
Does this support all warehouses?
Currently, this feature supports US, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Netherland, Germany warehouses only.
Does it work with Easyship Collect?

Can I use a manual address as the Ship From?
No, you must select from configured warehouses to avoid misrouting orders.
Can I revise the warehouse ship from address information?
No, please don’t revise the ‘Ship from’ address from your end. All warehouse addresses are automatically added from the backend. Any revisions may cause label rejections or sending orders to the wrong warehouse.
