How to Track My Shipments

You can track a shipment's progress on the Easyship Dashboard to ensure it is delivered successfully. This article will explain how to find detailed tracking data directly from your account.

How to Track your Shipments with Easyship

1. Navigate to Manage Shipments > All. You’ll find all your shipments displayed here.

2. Click on the hyperlinked tracking number to access the tracking page.

3. To view tracking details directly on the dashboard, click on the three dots next to the shipment.

Simplified Tracking Statuses

Couriers use thousands of different tracking statuses, so we’ve simplified them into clear categories to give you a complete view of your orders. For more details, see Understanding Shipment Tracking Statuses.

    • Label Pending
      The label is awaiting generation.

    • Label Generated
      The label has been successfully generated.

    • Drop Off Scheduled 
      The shipment is scheduled to be dropped off at the designated location.

    • Pickup In Progress
      The courier is picking up your parcel from the pickup location.

    • Pending Tracking Event  
      The parcel is awaiting its first scan at the initial tracking point.

    • Tracking Info Received 
      We have received information that the parcel is in transit to the next destination.

    • In Transit
      Your parcel is on its way to its destination.

    • Out For Delivery 
      The parcel has arrived at the destination and is out for delivery.

    • Delivered
      The parcel has been delivered to the consignee.

    • Failed Delivery Attempts
      The courier was unable to deliver the parcel.

    • Exceptions
      The parcel is in customs or a warehouse, pending an update on documentation or investigation. Learn more about Exceptions here.
