How to Track My Shipments

You can track a shipment's progress on the Easyship Dashboard to ensure it is delivered successfully. This article will explain how to find detailed tracking data directly from your account.

Tracking Page

Step 1: Navigate to Manage Shipments > All.

Step 2: All your shipments will display.

Step 3: Click the hyperlinked tracking number to access the tracking page. 


Tracking on the Dashboard

For tracking details directly on the dashboard, click on the three dots.




Simplified Tracking Statuses

Couriers use thousands of different tracking statuses, so we mapped them all and created straightforward categories that allow you to obtain a wholesome view of your orders. More information here: Understanding Shipment Tracking Statuses

  • Label Pending - A label is pending; this means that the label is awaiting generation

  • Label Generated - A label is successfully generated 

  • Drop Off Scheduled - A shipment is scheduled to be dropped off at the designated location

  • Pickup In Progress - A courier is in the progress of picking up your parcel from the pickup location

  • Pending Tracking Event - The parcel is awaiting its first scan at the initial tracking point

  • Tracking Info Received - We have received information that the parcel is in transit to the next destination

  • In Transit - Your parcel is in transit and we are waiting for it to arrive at its destination

  • Out For Delivery - The parcel has arrived at the destination and is out for delivery

  • Delivered - The parcel has been delivered to the consignee

  • Failed Delivery Attempts - The courier was unable to deliver the parcel

  • Exceptions - The parcel is in Customs/Warehouse pending an update on documentation or investigation. More info on Exceptions here
